Corporate Governance
For Chorus Life S.p.A., the adoption of clear Governance rules is a tool to pursue efficiency, transparency, fairness, loyalty, integrity and credibility, as well as effective controls.
Such rules of conduct must inspire the choices and actions of everyone who acts on behalf of and in the interest of Chorus Life S.p.A. on any basis. The Company has also adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, no. 231 on the administrative liability of organisations, and a Code of Ethics.
Chorus Life S.p.A. has set up communication channels for reports, including anonymous ones, to ensure a proper information flow about anomalies or breaches of the ethical and legal rules of conduct established by the Company or required by law. These are the channels you can use to send your report:
