An event that promises to be a true journey through Italy’s famous Food Valley, featuring top-quality products, recipes handed down over time and preparations made according to the most authentic tradition.

There will also be great Emilian cheeses, from squacquerone to Parmigiano Reggiano, accompanied by erbazzone from Reggio Emilia and other local specialties.
One of the most engaging moments of the evening will be the live showcooking, during which the pasta maker will prepare, right in front of guests, tagliatelle with Prosciutto di Parma and traditional tortellini in Parmesan cream, offering the chance to watch up close the art of handmade fresh pasta.
The journey will conclude with a selection of excellent Emilian desserts, all accompanied by Lambrusco served in the traditional cup and a selection of local wines.
