Safe Woman Returns: Free Self-Defense Course for Women Comes to GNAM!

This September, Safe Woman is back! Founded in Bergamo by Giulia Facchinetti and Juri Ambrosioni, with the patronage of the Municipality of Bergamo and the support of Councilor Messina, this vital project offers a completely free self-defense program tailored for women to build confidence, awareness, and essential personal safety skills.

The big news this year? Safe Woman moves to ChorusLife, taking place every Wednesday at GNAM!

Spanning an entire year, the curriculum features two difficulty levels, making it ideal for absolute beginners as well as those looking to advance their existing skills. The course seamlessly combines theoretical modules (focused on recognizing risk situations and understanding forms of violence) with practical self-defense techniques. A valid medical certificate is required for registration.
