Welcome to the new headquarters of La Città del Mattoncino, the Bergamo-based company that has transformed the world of construction and collecting into a true visionary art. Located in Piazza del Sagittario (numbers 31 and 32) within the ChorusLife complex, this space marks a new and exciting era, evolving into the first major multi-brand brick store.

Our story: a passion born from the heart

The adventure began in 2014 with the intuition of Pierluigi Alberto Cervati and Beatrice Da Ros, pioneers capable of creating a unique bridge between play and art. Since then, brick by brick, an extraordinary community of dreamers has formed, united by the belief that with the right vision, nothing is impossible to build.

Inspiration, memory, and Guinness World Records

La Città del Mattoncino is a place that symbolizes great challenges and boundless creativity. Over the years, Cervati’s mastery has achieved Guinness World Record milestones, creating iconic works such as Michelangelo’s colossal David (517 cm tall) and the majestic floating cruise ship, created to honor the memory of Beatrice, who passed away in 2021.

The deep connection to the local area and solidarity are also demonstrated by the lenticular mosaic created in 2023 for Bergamo and Brescia, Capitals of Culture. This choral work, created by the hands of over 400 children hospitalized in Italy as a message of hope, now finds its ideal home right here at ChorusLife, welcoming all visitors.
