A company for innovation

ChorusLife is the innovative smart district model for the recovery and redevelopment of abandoned sites, that could give birth to urban development and societal progress.

ChorusLife’s vision was developed by Cav. Domenico Bosatelli as his idea of 'City of the Future', where there’s perfect integration between wellbeing, smart technology and sustainable architecture. At the centre of ChorusLife’s model there is its replicability: a modular design system, capable of offering and dedicating solutions and services to people, cities and surrounding areas.

A true symbol of urban regeneration, one of the largest ever built in Italy, nearing completion in its first application in Bergamo and soon to be 'replicated' in other Italian locations.

ChorusLife is a project promoted by COSTIM Group: a reference player in the Real Estate Developer field with industrial connotation. At work throughout the country, the Group's characteristics and skills allow COSTIM to present itself as a reliable and result-oriented player for stakeholders and investors, throughout every phase of the project: from conception to design and realisation, up to management.

Urban regeneration

We start recovering abandoned areas in order to give them back to society. Here people can find a new and barrier-free place to live, meet, socialise, feel comfortable, and choose from a wide range of services.

Innovation

We redevelop our districts to make them smart through the application of advanced technologies, both in the design process of the entire area and in the development of its activities. Through the ChorusLife app, these activities will connect people with spaces.

Sustainability

People are at the centre of an urban format designed to improve their quality of life. Hence the decision to build smart districts capable of safeguarding the surrounding environment with solutions that aim at energy self-production and reducing emissions.
