Corporate Governance
The adoption of clear governance rules is, for Chorus Life S.p.A., a tool to pursue efficiency, transparency, correctness, loyalty, integrity, and credibility, as well as the effectiveness of controls. These rules of conduct must inspire the choices and actions of all those who, in various capacities, act on behalf and in the interests of Chorus Life S.p.A. Furthermore, the Company has adopted an Organisation, Management, and Control Model under Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, n. 231 on the administrative responsibility of entities and a Code of Ethics.
